It's official!
In May 2023 HotHouse Yoga & Movement will open their second studio and this one will be in Bern at Hirschengraben. As Studio Manager, Andrea Gabriela is officially part of this wonderful expansion and will besides her regular classes on wednesdays also actively help by creating a new, warmhearted and inspiring yoga & movement place in the heart of bern!

As a dancer, it's not only the dance repertoire, technique or flexibility that is crucial, but also physical strength. Finding the right balance here is not easy, but with the right advice and the right exercises, you will quickly discover an improvement in your dance quality - that's definitely what happened to me.
Rope Fitness is therefore my personal recommendation when it comes to integrating this point into your dance routine and to reaching the next level.

Michèle Staufer
Health for humans and animals
Michèle is a student and friend of mine and offers therapies for people as well as for animals to increase personal well-being and to improve health.
Highly recommend her as she helped my hamster Momo with his trauma from previous owner. He has since become very trusting and enjoys his life to the fullest.
